| | The Company is pleased to announce the closing of the private placement of 2,492,857 common shares which was announced in the Company's news release dated May 1, 2009 for the sale of up to 9,090,000 common shares at the price of $0.35 per common share. The Company announces October 18, 2009 as the following hold period expiry date in respect of the shares.
