Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited Retains Renmark Financial Communications Inc.

 
VANCOUVER, BC, March 3, 2010 -- Mosquito consolidated Gold Mines Limited (TSX-V: MSQ) (Mosquito or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. ("Renmark Financial Communications") to handle its investor relations activities.

"We are pleased to announce that we have selected Renmark to reinforce Mosquito's profile in the financial community and enhance the visibility of our project portfolio. We choose Renmark because its standards and methodologies fit best with the message we wish to communicate to the investing public," noted Brian McClay, President and CEO of Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited.

Renmark Financial Communications is a full service investor relations firm based in Montreal with offices in Toronto. Renmark Financial Communications was founded in 1999 and represents small, medium and large cap public companies on all major North American exchanges.

In consideration of the services to be provided, the Company has agreed to pay a monthly retainer of
$7,000 for a one-year contract to Renmark Financial Communications Inc.

Renmark Financial Communications does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Mosquito or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
