Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Resourcex Media Management ("Resourcex") and Mining Interactive Corp. ("Mining Interactive") to provide coverage of the Company and other investor relations services.

Resourcex specializes in the publication of articles, interviews and other information for distribution via the internet to specialized sites and private subscriber lists. Resourcex will assist the Company in gaining increased exposure to investors through the dissemination of corporate information to a private investors.

The agreement with Resourcex is for one time fee of $30,000 for producing and distributing 10 items related to the Company over a one year term.

Mining Interactive provides investor relations and marketing awareness services to its member companies via its website. It publishes in depth interviews, news releases, presentations, video and podcast radio with mining industry leaders and mining investment analysts.

The agreement with Mining Interactive is for a term of one year at the rate of $2,000 per month. The agreement may be terminated by either party with 2 months written notice.
