Overview

The Statlu Creek Project is located north of the Fraser River, approximately 100 kilometers east of Vancouver, British Columbia. The Statlu aggregate property comprises the only known long-term resource of clean sand and gravel, within commercially viable distance of major distribution networks and the Fraser River. Underpinning the project's value as a major west coast supplier of aggregate is the discovery of recoverable quantities of placer gold in black sand throughout the property.

Mosquito Consolidated has an option to earn 60% interest in the Statlu Creek Project by funding all costs of exploring and developing the project until such time as a permit and license of occupation allowing sand and gravel to be mined and sold from the property is issued. Once achieved, the company will have earned its 60% interest and the project will proceed as a 60-40 joint venture with the property owner, Mr. Earl Wilder.
